𝟏𝟓 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑: In order to strengthen the leadership skills, the Department of Livestock initiated a weekly jam session led by the Director which featured modules from Nurturing Leadership Program (NLP) introduced by the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC). Over the past five weeks, the Director and team, involving participants centres, farms and Dzongkhags actively engaged in the interactive session which was arranged through virtual mode, gaining significant insights into numerous leadership tools such as performance coaching, five-star team, team learning, strategic sensing, and agile problem-solving.
