Ms. Nancy Johnston of UK, who is currently serving as a technical consultant fielded through the UN FAO, presented the de-briefing report to the Department on the strategy and vision for development of Noble Yak Fibre value-chain in Bhutan. Ms. Johnston, during her two weeks stay, conducted a series of crucial on-site evaluations, including visits to the National Yak Farm in Haa and the National Sheep Farm in Bumthang. These visits allowed her to gain valuable insights into the current state of infrastructure and facilities for fibre processing in the country.
